Haileybury is seeking to appoint a School Office Administrator.

Role

The post-holder will undertake a full range of administrative duties in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.

The post-holder will act as first line support for the School Office, which manages pupil record keeping, school calendars, room bookings, and reprographic requests.

To do this successfully the post-holder must have proven experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills and strong IT skills.  It is essential that the post-holder is able to work well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines, whilst retaining a high level of accuracy.
