Haileybury is seeking to appoint a proactive, motivated, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team of Operations Assistants in delivering an exceptional level of customer service across the School community.
Role
Reporting to the Estates Director, the Operations Supervisor will work with key stakeholders to ensure that the day-to-day functioning of the School, through the Operations Team, is delivered to the highest standard in the provision of services across the site.
This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks of the year on a rota basis. They will be required to work flexibly to ensure the smooth running of the department within a boarding school environment. The post-holder will be required to attend key school days including Open Day, Welcome Day and Speech Day.
