Haileybury is recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator, who, under the guidance of the HR Manager and Payroll Manager, will undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources and Payroll Departments.
The post holder will be required to adopt a highly flexible attitude and adaptable approach to working, as well as leading on allocated duties, projects and initiatives. Also, assisting other team members when required and being proactive in this regard.
It is essential that the post holder is able to work well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines, whilst retaining a high level of accuracy.
