Haileybury is seeking to appoint a Cover Matron on a casual basis to support the pastoral team across the School.
The significant part of this role is to provide support and cover for the team of permanent Matrons in the School’s 13 boarding houses. The Cover Matron will also be required to work with the School Health and Wellbeing Centre and other departments to act as a pupil chaperone, and may also be asked to provide administrative and reception support, as required.
The Cover Matron role is therefore varied. It will suit an individual who can work flexibly, and who can quickly grasp the requirements of the different areas of the School they will work within.
