STEM Day
Pupils will spend the day in our state of the art SciTech building, getting hands-on experience in an exciting carousel of workshops.
Throughout the day, the children will participate in five STEM-themed workshops, working as a team to complete challenges. These will include Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths and Design Technology (DT).
Activities will include an owl detective lab where teams dissect and examine real owl pellets, chemical experiments searching for signs of alien life, and code-cracking mathematical puzzles and ciphers to unlock a secure vault to claim a prize.
