Run for Their Lives at Haileybury, Sunday 14 July
The Muscle Warrior 10K Run and 5K Run returns to the stunning grounds of Haileybury this July.
It is a great course for regular race goers and the 5K is a perfect introduction to running without a crowded field of competitors. Both races start at 10.30am.
A 1K Family Toddle (Superhero costumes welcome!) and 1K Wheelchair Race follow the main events – so bring the whole family for some fun!
The whole event is in aid of the Muscle Help Foundation – Muscle Dreams, amazing experiences for young people with the muscle wasting disease Muscular Dystrophy.
