The Haileybury Tennis Centre is one of the finest tennis facilities available for learning and honing the coordination, skills, judgement and mental stamina necessary to play tennis well.

The Centre houses four Grand Slam-quality indoor courts and four outdoor courts which feature the new Plexipave Prestigecourt surface, alongside a fully equipped clubhouse.

The Plexipave Prestige court surface is used at the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament and offers a first-class playing experience with its cushioning system that dynamically responds to impact and reduces fatigue on muscles and joints.

Sophisticated design

Courts have the highest level of surface cushioning designed to provide young players with the best surface performance and safe training.

According to coaches, when tournament competitors (including World Number 1, Novak Djokovic) play on Plexicushion, they are unhindered by surface inconsistencies, allowing a level of play which truly reflects the athlete’s skill.

Shop and clubhouse

The Tennis Centre’s purpose-built clubhouse benefits from excellent views onto the indoor and outdoor courts and the lounge areas provide a relaxing environment for pupils to socialise and enjoy a snack from the coffee shop.

The fully-equipped tennis shop offers a wide range of tennis merchandise, as well as an in-house physiotherapist, who provides pupils with essential advice and support for injury prevention and rehabilitation treatment to help maintain a healthy body.
