A royal visit
Happy birthday to Queen Elizabeth II, who is 90 today.
Back in 1962 we welcomed the Queen to Haileybury to celebrate our Centenary.
She visited with Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and they spent the day touring the College.
The young man pictured is Sir Robert Scott (Hailey 1957.3) who was Head of School at that time.
The visit was marked with a stone plaque on the House opposite the Pavilion.
