Haileybury is delighted to celebrate the outstanding (I)GCSE achievements of our pupils this year. Their dedication, resilience and commitment to academic excellence have produced a fantastic set of exam results, reflecting both individual achievements and the strength of the School’s academic environment.
This year, 59% of all grades awarded were 9–8 (A*), 80% were graded 9–7 (A*–A), 93% of results were grades 9–6 (A*–B), demonstrating high attainment across all subject disciplines.
Statement from the Master, Eugene du Toit:
“We are immensely proud of our pupils for delivering such a superb set of GCSE results. These achievements are a testament to their hard work, intellectual curiosity and determination over the past two years.
Beyond the impressive figures, what matters most is the individual effort and progress behind every single grade. Our pupils have balanced academics alongside rich contributions to the co-curricular life of the school, showing character and maturity throughout.
We would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to our dedicated staff, whose expert guidance and support have been invaluable, as well as to our parents for their unwavering encouragement. We look forward to welcoming this exceptional cohort into the Sixth Form as they begin their A Level and International Baccalaureate journeys.”
