Haileybury pupils celebrate outstanding A level results
Haileybury leavers are celebrating an excellent set of A level results, with a significant proportion securing the highest possible grades. A standout group achieved a clean sweep of top marks, while over a quarter of all pupils secured straight A*/A grades. When combined with our strong IB results, 59% of all grades at Haileybury were at A*-A and 87% at A*-B (or equivalent).
The Class of 2026 will go on to pursue higher education and career pathways at world-leading institutions in the UK, North America and Europe, alongside highly competitive degree apprenticeships with global engineering leaders.
Places have been secured at many of the UK’s best universities such as Oxford, Edinburgh, Durham, Imperial and LSE with global destinations such as Bocconi, Cornell and Sciences Po also featuring.
Pupils have also earned places on leading Degree Apprenticeships at Airbus and BAE Systems.
Commenting on this year’s results and leavers’ destinations, Eugene du Toit, Master of Haileybury, said:
“We are immensely proud of our Sixth Form pupils and delighted that their hard work has been rewarded. However, their achievements would not have been possible without inspiring teaching and the dedication of all those who offered guidance, encouragement, challenge and support.
We wish all of our leavers the very best of luck for their exciting next steps.”
