Welcoming our new Director of Tennis

With a wealth of experience and a passion for helping young players shine, Francisco has already brought fantastic energy to our indoor courts. Pupils have been enjoying dynamic coaching sessions and Francisco is currently designing an exciting, year-round programme that will elevate tennis at Haileybury to new heights.

Francisco shared a little about his journey: “For the last 15 years I’ve worked in tennis across the UK, supporting players as people, athletes and competitors. I have been lucky enough to help train some incredible talent, including Aljaz Bedene (former world top 50 ATP) and Dan Cox (former top 250 ATP). Recently, I have been coaching players heading to Division 1 universities in the USA who are currently competing on the ITF Junior Tour.

My goal is to make Haileybury a beacon in the tennis world, known for its inspiring environment, outstanding training and personalised support for every pupil. I am super thrilled to be part of Haileybury!”
