Leavers Ball 2025 - donors pre-paid tickets

The Leavers Ball is a fabulous event for Upper Sixth leavers and their parents/guardians to celebrate their time at Haileybury.

We look forward to welcoming you to this year’s ball on Saturday 28 June 2025 for an evening of dazzling fun! Please book your pre-paid tickets by Monday 19 May.

Timings:

Champagne reception 7.00 pm
Dinner and dancing from 7.30 pm
Carriages 12.30 am.

Ticket guidelines:

• All attendees require tickets, including Upper Sixth pupils.
• The event is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18. Siblings of Upper Sixth pupils over the age of 16 may be able to attend provided they are not current pupils in the School and remain under their parent(s) or guardian(s)’ supervision at all times.
• Should family members other than parents / guardians wish to purchase extra tickets, please email leaversball@haileybury.com
• No current Haileybury pupils, other than Upper Sixth, are permitted to attend.
