Haileybury is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join an outstanding department. The successful candidate will teach from Lower School 1 through to the Upper Sixth, including GCSE, A Level and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The position would suit either an experienced teacher or someone new to the teaching profession.

Haileybury has an outstanding academic and pastoral reputation, having recently been judged by the ISI to be excellent in all areas. Inspectors described pupils as “happy learners who appreciate the value of the broad education they receive and who enjoy the process of learning”.

Haileybury is a full-time boarding and day school. Teachers are therefore expected to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the School. The School is situated on a beautiful 500-acre estate in Hertfordshire and has exceptional facilities supporting an extensive co-curricular offering and pastoral care.  Teachers who carryout boarding and pastoral duties are usually expected to live in school accommodation provided for this purpose, situated either on or near the school site.
