Unprecedented interest in Sixth Form
Haileybury has had unprecedented interest for Sixth Form next year, with 50 candidates sitting the entrance tests earlier this month, and a further 55 sitting the tests at their schools overseas.
Offers will be announced on 30 November 2005. There are in the region of 30 places available and it is very likely that they will all be filled by the end of the year.
"Whilst demand for places in the Haileybury Sixth Form has always been high, this is the first year we have seen more than three applicants for one place," says Lizzie Alexander, the Registrar.
Anyone still wishing to apply for a place should contact the Registry in January to ascertain whether or not any further places have become available.
