High praise for CD

Internationally renowned composer, Bob Chilcott, who wrote some of the music on the Haileybury Chapel Choir CD "Were You There?", has thrown high praise on the recording.

Director of music Peter Davis sent Mr Chilcott a copy of the CD and his response spoke volumes.

"The CD is great … it has such energy and commitment. I was thrilled … (my music) really shines on the CD …. congratulations to all your singers."

Mr Chilcott is in demand all over the world as a choral conductor and adjudicator of prestigious choral competitions, so his praise means a lot to all our music pupils.
