Christian excels in the ISFA U15 squad
Congratulations to Christian Scales (BFr), who was selected to play for the Under 15 Independent Schools Football Association squad in a four-team tournament last Friday at Manchester United’s Carrington training ground.
Christian was one of only two players to play all three matches for the ISFA team in full. He played at centre back.
The ISFA team did very well, coming second of the four teams, losing 1-0 to United, drawing 2-2 with Exeter and beating Bradford 3-0.
In addition to his football prowess, at the recent Schools athletics meeting at Watford, Christian broke his personal best at 400m in a time of 52.1 secs. He also accumulated the most personal points and won a Platinum award for doing so.
Well done, Christian!
