Ball raises more than £20,000
The Around the Quad Ball has raised in excess of £20,000 for the Haileybury Development Fund.
We are delighted to announce that the Around the Quad Ball proved to be a roaring success. A fine evening of glorious May weather held host to a spectacle of entertainment which included hot air Balloon rides, a fun fair, casino, live band, numerous marquees themed from various continents, as well as an array of spectacular food and drinks.
The event was attended by 350 people and we would like to thank all those who came and helped support our very first super sized themed Ball.
We are pleased to confirm that the evening raised in excess of £20,000 with all funds going to the Haileybury Development Fund, in support of the building of our new academic centre for Modern Languages.
The Development Office would like to make a special personal note of gratitude to all of those on the Steering Committee and in particular all of the very willing volunteers who gave up their own time to help support the School. We could not have done any of it without you, our very best wishes to you all.
