17 Prep schools face science challenges
The theme that will face nearly 80 children from 17 Prep schools for this year’s annual Haileybury Science Challenge on Thursday remains a secret.
Pupils will be involved in Biology, Chemistry and Physics experiments during the day.
The organiser, Dr Fiona Hughes, says the competition was over-subscribed, with 46 schools wanting a place.
Those schools taking part include Beacon, St Hilda’s, St Neots, Hendon Prep, Kingshott, Lochinver, Loyola Prep, Orwell Park, Quainton Hall, Ralph Sadleir, Westminster, St Johns, Vita et Pax, Westbrook Hay, Lambrook Haileybury, St Josephs and Rickmansworth PNEU.
The challenge starts at 11am and prize giving will be at 4pm in the Attlee Room.
