Haileybury is recruiting for two experienced School Office Administrators who, under the guidance of the School Office Manager, will undertake a full range of administrative duties in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.  The post-holders will act as first line support for the School Office, which manages pupil record keeping, school calendars, room bookings, answering telephone calls, monitoring the mailbox and managing reprographic requests.

To do this successfully the post holders must have proven experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills and strong IT skills.  It is essential that the post holders are able to work well under pressure, and are able to meet deadlines, whilst retaining a high level of accuracy.
