Haileybury is recruiting for a Music Technician to work within the Music Department.

The successful candidate will aid the proper functioning of a modern and technologically advanced department, supporting the recent growth of professional recording, both audio and visual. As a sound technician, the Music Technician will assist in the production of a majority of the department’s concerts, occasionally assisting at similar events within the Drama Department and wider School as appropriate. With responsibility for film in the department, the candidate should have a working knowledge of visual recording.

The post holder will assist in the promotion of music technology within the classroom and co-curricular offering, working closely with individuals and small groups of pupils in developing their skills in music technology and production.
