Contract: Permanent; Full-Time

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday

Salary: Competitive

Haileybury is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the delivery estates projects across the Haileybury Estate (including residential properties).

Working directly for the Estate Director and working in close co-operation with other members of the Estates Management Team.

The post-holder will assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, building, engineering and grounds designs, cost estimates for construction works and the preparation of specifications, drawings and tender documentation for improvement works ensuring that they meet the cost and time targets agreed.

The post-holder may be required to respond to estate related emergency situations outside of normal working hours, attending onsite as and when required.

Haileybury are looking to recruit a skilled Grounds Person to ensure the efficient maintenance and development of all sports playing surfaces, their structures and associated areas and to ensure that safe, consistent, well-presented and good quality playing surfaces are always available to pupils and visitors.

The post holder will be required to hold a full driving licence and be familiar with grounds vehicles and machinery. There will be a requirement for the post holder, on a rota basis, to work some weekends and occasional weekday overtime to ensure the set up and smooth running of sports fixtures, training sessions and other external events.
