Assistant Systems Administrator

Haileybury is seeking an Assistant Systems Administrator to support the Computer Support Department in all aspects of IT provision and service delivery at the school.

The successful candidate will have particular responsibility for IT infrastructure provision, management and monitoring whilst delivering excellent customer service and will have proven experience working in a technical IT role.

The post involves core working hours of 37.5 hours per week to be allocated by the IT Systems Manager. The post holder will need to participate in a rota to provide out of hours support in accordance with our Service Level Agreement and Saturday onsite presence are required. The nature of a 24hr a day, 7 days per week boarding school requires staff to work flexibly and there may be a requirement for the jobholder to work reasonable additional hours and early mornings, evenings and weekends.
