The Admissions department is responsible for all aspects of pupil admissions to the school and are the first point of call for prospective families. They will hold a wealth of knowledge to assist parents from their initial enquiry through to their child’s induction into the school.
We have a new and exciting role for an Admissions Administrator to support the department with a wide range of duties relating to all aspects of work in the admissions office. The post holder will ensure that the School’s Tier 4 compliance processes are diligently adhered to when recruiting pupils from overseas countries.
They will join a warm and friendly team of passionate, positive and can-do individuals. The successful candidate will be able to work with initiative and autonomy, with a strong eye for detail and precision.
They will have demonstrable experience in delivering excellent customer service, together with strong administrative and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM database is also a must.
The post involves working 37.5 hours per week throughout the year (52 weeks). The nature of a 24hr a day, 7 days per week boarding school requires staff to work flexibly and there may be a requirement for the jobholder to work reasonable additional hours and early mornings, evenings and weekends.
