Sustainability
With my responsibility for day-to-day running of the School I work closely with the three Deputy Heads to ensure the pupils have the very best experience both inside and outside the classroom. In addition I am responsible for the long-term, whole-school sustainability strategy, which is now a major strategic focus.

Academic
Haileybury is at the forefront of educational thinking in the way that its curriculum is taught. Careful consideration is placed on deciding what pupils learn, how they learn it and the order in which this learning takes place.

Pastoral
We have an experienced pastoral and wellbeing team who provide round-the-clock support and care to all our pupils. The Housemasters, Housemistresses, Chaplain, tutor teams and matrons are on hand to listen to our pupils and provide practical support and advice when needed. Pupil wellbeing is of paramount importance. We have a dedicated team who promote positive mental health across the school and provide our pupils with excellent support.

Co-curricular
From canoeing at Olympic Park and running the UK’s largest Model United Nations programme to mountain biking, bee-keeping and dance, there really is something for everyone. The Co-curricular programme – with more than 130 activities – broadens minds, develops leadership skills and promotes teamwork.
