Public notice of proposed changes to the objects of The Imperial Service Endowment

Haileybury College (Registered Charity No. 310013) intends to change the objects of the Imperial Service Endowment Registered Charity No. 310013-23) located within the Scheme dated 25 February 1944, as amended by Scheme dated 29 September 1997 and by Resolution dated 17 January 2023. The change is proposed to widen the beneficiary age range of pupils from “persons under the age of 14” to “persons up to and including the age of 19”.
 
In addition to the above, the wording “middle school and sixth form” shall be added to the objects and “Haileybury and Imperial Service College” will be changed to “Haileybury College” to reflect the updated Royal Charter dated 14 December 2022.
