Haileybury Chef 2nd in Young Chef of the Year Competition

Congratulations to Lee Warren, Function Chef at Haileybury, who this week was awarded 2nd place in the British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year competition. Lee was one of 15 finalists (from 135 entries) in the competition held in Brimingham and had two hours to prepare a three-course meal under the watchful eyes of the judging panel.
