Haileybury pupils produce 97% A* - C grades

GCSE pupils at Haileybury have again achieved outstanding results, with 97% achieving A* - C grades (including IGCSE results), up from 96.1% last year. Of the 119 candidates, 61.5% of pupils achieved A or A* grades, the highest percentage ever. 99.1% of pupils received 5 A* - C grades (excluding Maths and English) while an overall pass rate of 100% was achieved. Haileybury pupils produce 85% A* - B grades

Haileybury's Sixth Formers have turned out the best set of results the school has ever seen, with 85% of A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) pupils achieving A* - B grades in their recent exams, compared to 81% last year. In addition, of the 136 candidates, 18% achieved the A* grade, the government's new grade which is designed to reward the top academic achievers. This compares to a national average of 8%.
