Another win in the Rotary Technology Tournament

A boys' team from Haileybury - consisting of Narsimh Singh (captain), Rob Macpherson-Smith, Edward Songaila and Dan Duckworth - has again won the intermediate category in this week's Rotary Technology Tournament at the Broxbourne Civic Centre. Last Tuesday, three teams of four from Haileybury took part in the event. Having won both the intermediate and advanced categories last year, the pressure was on to perform well again. Malaysian work experience offer for six pupils

Six Lower Sixth students have been selected to participate in the first Vinod Sekhar 'Petra Tara' Fellowships, which entail a three-week trip to Malaysia in the summer holidays to undertake work experience whilst staying with local families. Felicia Vocke (C), Jenna Wood (Aby), Chris Erasmus (B), Alistair Philpott (Th), Virali Patel (Alb) and Robert Davis (E) will be given the opportunity to shadow senior professionals in some top Malaysian companies in fields ranging from architecture, marketing and journalism to engineering  > more

Inspirations art exhibition

An exciting art exhibition, put on by national art company Art-Amis, will be mounted in the Attlee Room in September. All parents, pupils, friends and associates of Haileybury are invited to attend two exclusive preview evenings to view the work of seven contemporary artists, as well as to hear them talk about their work. Art-Amis is a national art company based in Hertfordshire, founded with the sole intention of raising the profile of its select group of artists.
