John Whitworth wins Duston Triathlon
Congratulations to Economics and Politics teacher, John Whitworth, who won last weekend’s Duston Triathlon in an overall time of 55:47.
The Duston Triathlon is a "super sprint" ie 400m swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run. It is one of the first triathlon events of the new season.
John recently qualified to represent the GB team to race at the World Duathlon Championships in Edinburgh in September, although his main event is the triathlon. The duathlon is a 10km run, 40km bike and 5km swim.
