Jamie in England U18 rugby squad

Lower Sixth pupil, Jamie George, has been chosen for the England Under 18 Squad for this season’s Six Nations Tournament.

There are two warm-up games but the first International is against Wales at Worcester’s Sixways Stadium on Sunday 2 March. The remaining games in the tournament will be played between 26 March and 2 April, in Cork.

This is a particularly pleasing achievement for Jamie as he is still in the Lower Sixth Form.

Meanwhile, his elder brother, Gareth (BFr 97-04), has recently been selected for the Welsh Universities Hockey squad.
