The national competition saw 92 schools enter, with only eight progressing to the prestigious finals. Haileybury joined the ranks of Eton, Tonbridge, Wellington, Reeds, Millfield, Stowe, and Rossall. Representing Haileybury with great skill and composure were Matt (R), Rohit (Vths), Tejas (U6), Arjun (M), Fin (L6) and JJ (L6).
After a strong performance on day one to qualify for the Plate finals, the team delivered a superb series of matches on day two, defeating Tonbridge, Eton, and Wellington to claim the national title.
This was an extraordinary achievement for a young and dynamic team who demonstrated not only exceptional golfing ability but also outstanding sportsmanship and character throughout the tournament. We are incredibly proud of them all.
