HPA Studio 54 Ball
On Saturday 29 September, Big School was transformed into a spectacular New York style nightclub with neon lighting, sparkling silver chandeliers, a celebrity gallery wall and a rather fabulous LED dance floor.
The evening started with a champagne and Bellini cocktail reception where parents mingled and ladies bedecked in sequins and jewels glittered and shone. The gourmet delights from the Haileybury catering team tantalised the tastebuds with a starter of charred cornbread, tomatoes & mozzarella, followed by slow cooked pork belly with a Tennessee glaze and finished off with a very delicious Hersheys chocolate tart.
The lights were dimmed and the tempo rose after dinner as 180 parents danced the night away to a swinging set of 70’s and 80’s tunes from the amazing DJ John Page.
