Professor Martin Kemp, Emeritus Professor of Art History, University of Oxford, is one of the world’s leading experts on Leonardo da Vinci and is a broadcaster and prize-winning author, having written 30 books on art history.
He is particularly interested in the relationship between art and science, having been trained in Natural Sciences and Art History at Cambridge and the Courtlaud Institute.
Martin has been a Trustee of the National Galleries of Scotland, the Victoria and Albert and the British Museum and has curated exhibitions at the National Gallery in Washington, the Victoria and Albert and the Hayward Gallery.
