This role is available to Haileybury Alumni only and will be offered on a 12-month basis.
Under the direction of the Director of Development, this role will be responsible for the smooth running of the Development department, including database management, gift processing, events, communications and supporter information. The role will develop the key communications relating to Haileybury’s donors. This role will be committed to providing the highest level of service to external and internal stakeholders.
The role will provide the successful candidate with an introduction to working in a development department with opportunities across development activities.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, throughout the year (52 weeks). The nature of a 24hr a day, 7 days per week boarding school require staff to work flexibly and as the School is used by pupils at weekends, which are also the time most parents visit the School, there may be a requirement for the job holder to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
