A Data Administrator is required to carry out a review and improvement of the Development department’s alumni database, Raiser’s Edge, which is used to manage development and fundraising activities.
The Data Administrator will work closely with and report to the Director of Development in managing and improving the School’s alumni database and introducing new systems and processes to aid efficiency in alumni data management.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. The role is for an initial period of six months, but there may be the opportunity for continued employment in a data management or administrative capacity.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, throughout the year (52 weeks). Core working hours fall between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm and as required by management. The nature of a 24 hour a day, 7 days per week boarding school require staff to work flexibly and as the School is used by pupils at weekends, which are also the time most parents visit the School, there will be a requirement for the job holder to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
