Admissions Assistant (International)

The Admissions department is responsible for all aspects of the admission of pupils to the School. The first point of call for prospective families is Admissions and the department has a wealth of knowledge to assist parents from their initial enquiry through to when their child joins the school.
The Admissions Assistant will support the department with a wide range of administrative duties relating to all aspects of work in the admissions office in addition to ensuring that the School’s Tier 4 compliance processes are diligently adhered to when recruiting pupils from overseas countries.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, together with excellent administrative and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience of working with a CRM database is essential and a working knowledge of Google Suite would be an advantage.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, throughout the year (52 weeks). The nature of a 24hr a day, 7 days per week boarding school requires staff to work flexibly and there may be a requirement for the jobholder to work reasonable additional hours and early mornings, evenings and weekends.
