Connected Learning

Over the next few weeks, we will be teaching Haileybury pupils using a variety of different tasks to support learning, consolidation and revision. Specific activities and tasks will vary from year group to year group.

Face-to-face, individualised contact remains very important to the school. As a result, all pupils can expect a weekly call with their tutor via Zoom. They should check their Haileybury email to set this up. In addition, all pupils should be completing their online learning journal on a daily basis – this will be coordinated through Google Classroom and monitored by their tutor.

Subject teachers will be available every afternoon across the week to take specific one-to-one questions. A guide to arranging and accessing these calls will be posted here shortly.

We will continue to use Google Classroom as our main way of setting, marking and returning work. Information on further extension, consolidation and development in all subject areas can be found here.

If any support is needed from a technological perspective, please contact support@haileybury.com and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Please find below some explanations of how to use Google Classroom and Zoom.
