Activity Week 2013
Monday 12th - Friday 16th August
The Activity Week is offered on a residential basis for 8-to-13-year-olds regardless of affiliation to the College. Children are accommodated in Haileybury boarding Houses under the supervision of our own highly qualified and experienced staff.
An action-packed week
The idea of the course is to provide an action-packed week giving youngsters the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop their expertise in sports, drama and fun art & design technology projects.
Activities include leadership and team games such as "mini-Olympics" and Capture the Flag, together with a huge range of sporting and creative activities such as:

- Trampolining
- Canoeing
- High-wires
- Kayaking
- Archery
- Wall climbing
- Rugby
- Hockey
- Football
- Netball
- Mask Making
- Tee-shirt painting
- Rocket-making
- Mountain boarding
- Mountain biking
- Rounders
- 'It's a Water Knockout'
- Circus skills
The course is a wonderful introduction to Haileybury's facilities and to the unique atmosphere here, and has proved to be a very exciting, yet gentle introduction to boarding life.
