As an experienced Housemaster, Russell Matcham continues to relish the rich diversity of talents and enthusiasms of the boys in his care.
Russell and the Kipling community enjoy an atmosphere of mutual respect, tolerance and kindness. Expectations are high and achievement valued, as the boys are encouraged to fulfil their academic, cultural and sporting potential. Russell enjoys supporting the boys in their work and play, taking a particular interest in the well-being of the individual.
The partnership between home and school is central to our success and the Kipling ethos is one where hierarchies do not much matter, but the carefully nurtured development and happiness of every boy, young and old, does.
