The Legends Tennis Centre
Haileybury, in partnership with Legends Tennis, opened a state-of-the-art tennis facility in mid-2008. It houses four Grand Slam-quality indoor courts and four outdoor courts which feature the new Plexipave Prestige court surface, alongside a fully equipped clubhouse.
The Plexipave Prestige court surface is used at the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament and offers a first-class playing experience with its cushioning system that dynamically responds to impact and reduces fatigue on muscles and joints. The purpose-built clubhouse has fantastic views on to the indoor and outdoor courts and the lounge areas provide a relaxing environment for members to socialise and enjoy a snack from the coffee shop.
There is also a tennis shop, which offers a wide range of tennis merchandise, as well as an in-house physiotherapist, who provides support for injury prevention and rehabilitation treatment to help maintain a healthy body.
